F.A.Q.

1. Is UCAFans.com affiliated with the University of Central Arkansas in any way?
No. The website was created by UCA Alumni, but is not connected with the UCA athletic department. The goal of the site is not to take away from the official site, but to compliment it.

2. Where is the campus located? Directions?
All fields/courts are located on campus in Conway, Arkansas.
1: Take EXIT 129- toward CONWAY. (0.3 miles)
2: From the off-ramps, go west and continue to follow AR-286. (2.2 miles)
3: Turn right at the intersection of Dave Ward Dr & S Donaghey Ave.
You will pass the soccer and softball fields on your left. Turn left at first stop light to get to basketball gym and football stadium. The baseball field is located behind the gym. Campus Map

3. Where do I park when I attend a UCA home game? Is parking free?
While space around Estes Stadium and the Farris Center is limited, every parking lot on campus is available for parking on football gamedays except the lot directly west of the football stadium. That is the Purple Circle parking lot. For information on how to join the Purple Circle Club, visit the school's official athletic website. Parking at UCA sporting events is free as long as you obey the usual street/parking laws.

4. How do I purchase tickets?
All game day tickets will be sold at the venue box offices unless the game has been sold out. Football tickets may be purchased at the entrances of both the east and west sides of the stadium. Unless you have a Purple Circle membership, seating at on-campus sporting events is open general admission. If you would like to pre-order your tickets visit the box office website.

5. Where is the football Will Call area?
The Will Call area is located on the southwest side of the football stadium. It opens several hours before game time. Pre-paid ticket orders can be picked up there to avoid the ticket office line. You may be requested to present identification to pick up your tickets.

6. Where can I buy a program?
Bear football programs are sold inside the stadium immediately upon entering. Programs are $3.00 each.

7. Is there security at home games?
Yes. Security is stationed throughout the venues and provided by the campus police. They are easily recognized by their uniforms.
