Defensive coordinator doesn't have a clue.

Been trying to stay positive, but defense has struggled (at best) all year. Hard to win consistantly when we can't make stops.

Well that last play pretty much sums it up.
Can't run it or stop the run.

Lamar is legit. They've been playing good football well since they brought the program back.

Our guys played hard to the end, especially tough loss. With all the missed big plays and points left on the field, we were getting the ball with two minutes left. Maybe Sam went conservative after getting up 17, but our defense made some stops & got a turnover late. Camara made a clutch kick late that set up a big possession. Gotta take your hat off to the fake FG call, gutsy & ended up being the difference. In each of our losses we were a couple of plays from winning, tough first season for Campbell. After talking with him after a few games, he is a passionate coach, great competitor, players coach and good man. Loking forward to catching some games next year to see how he develops his systems with another off season and recruits. Has been a great experience for us going to Conway and watching the Bears for the last five years. UCA is a wonderful place with great fans and people.
Go Bears!
