Hey UCA fans ... I'm Brian McLaughlin, the senior FCS writer for HERO Sports based out of Seattle (I live in Florida).

I talked to the newest UCA football commitment Caleb Stokes, and let me tell you using a horrible pun that he is STOKED to be going to UCA. Said he's been a huge fan since 8th grade. He's 6-3, 210 and a TD machine.

GREAT pickup.

Here's our story ... I really hope we can connect with you fans to be a supplement to the great job the guys do who run UCAFans.com. Great message board!

Here's our UCA page, too. For all sports.

Big time get on paper. Always good to get local talent staying close to home.

On another note I had a birdy tell me we are getting former Memphis RB who was their leading rusher the last two seasons. If that is true that will be big time. The Mike Norvell connection is already reaping the benefits.

Walking around campus today I saw some HUGE dudes wearing A-State gear, razorback gear, and one other school I don't recall.

Tis transfer season.
