Post subject:  Papa's retirement W/ the Bears
I am not sure where to place this post but it does include Bear football. On march 31st ( last Friday ) Papabear retired from the maint. dept. at the Conway public school district after 31 yrs.. There was a assembly for me involving the staff, students, and to my surprise some UCA Bears with Mrs. Stephanie Crain. # 12 Hildebrand, # 47 Matt Hall and 2 other Bears showed up that I can't remember their names. I was in total shock and Hayden awarded me with a autographed football from Coach Campbell appreciating me for my support. The staff also had a Bear cooler packed and over flowing with Bear gear. I am very greatfull to all my fellow UCA family and staff. I have been forced into retirement by my VA doctor because of some much needed rest :lol: . Thanks and God Bless , Papabear

Let me first say that I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I don't know who you are on this site. I have been a fixture at Bears athletics since 1973 so I know for sure that we know each other. That being said......congrats and hats off to you and the people responsible for your tribute
