Looks like he has good feet from the video I watched.
Redshirt him, get another twenty pounds of muscle and let's see what he brings. Would think he's intelligent and has a great attitude if West Point wanted him.

Welcome to the Bear Family.

Glad to have him. Can't wait to see how the lines mesh with all the freshmen through seniors. A couple years ago you could tell the difference between a senior's play and a freshman's play. That line is getting blurred very quickly these days. That's great coaching! =D>

Quick article Ethan did with Louisiana Football Magazine earlier this year to give some insight on the type of kid UCA is getting.

http://lafootballmagazine.com/news/c48- ... n-academy/

Evangel is a phenomenal HS football program in Louisiana. He matched up daily for 4 years against Chris Bradley (TCU) and Jerry Tillery (Notre Dame). In games, he matched up against the likes of Rashard Lawrence (LSU), Phidarian Mathis (LSU commit), Courtney Wallace (was Tx. Tech commit but not sure where he ended up) and numerous other D1 commits. Only gave up 1 sack during his entire 4 year career as a starter. Can give you any information on this kid that you would like as I am his Dad lol.

Welcome Dad.

I believe your son made a great choice coming to play OL for the Bears and Coach Campbell. He and the staff are really building a quality program based on interior line play on both sides of the ball.

Can't wait to watch your son and the others grow into great players and a national championship contender.

Welcome to the UCA family!

I figured you were family or a coach to impress upon us his details.

Let me tell you that coach Campbell is a linemans coach. That's his sweet spot on the field. He believes games are won and lost there. Your son will only get better at his position.

Again, welcome to the Bear family! =D>

I'm excited for Ethan. I admit it was hard allowing him to turn down West Point's education, but I bit my tongue and followed thru on my promise that it would be his decision. So far, he is excited about his choice. He has had nothing but great things to say about the coaches, players, and school. It was awesome hearing some excitement back in his voice after the grueling recruiting process was over.

So what is there to do in the surrounding areas for adults as well as children when we bring his siblings up? Siblings are 14, 2, 10 months if that helps.

Pretty much anything. Hunting, fishing, anything in the water, shopping for the ladies and anything kid friendly

Greers Ferry lake is an hour away. Below the dam world class trout fishing.

Lake Conway full of brim, crappie, and bass.

Decent zoo in LR as well as Museum of Discovery for kids.

Pretty good food and shopping in LR and Conway.
