Here is Massey Ratings for the SLC: (41 national predictors average rankings)
(Of course using final stats from last year since we haven't played a game yet this year. )

#6- Sam Houston
#11- Central Arkansas
#42- Southeastern Louisiana
#48- McNeese State
#56- Nicholls State
#67- Stephen F. Austin
#85- Houston Baptist
#86- Lamar
#97- Abilene Christian
#98- Incarnate Word
#112- Northwestern State Louisiana
----------------------------------------------
SLC Average team ranking: 64th

Overall Conference ONLY Averages: Conference games only

45 wins- 56 losses.

Overall winning percentage: 44.5%
(Conference games: SHSU lost ZERO games, UCA lost ONE game)

UCA ran the ball 60% of the time and averaged 36.5 points per game.
UCA allowed 18.8 points per game.

UCA had the #1 defense in the conference last year.
UCA had the #2 offense in the conference last year.

Overall if UCA was ranked in all of college Division I football: 99th.
That's 25 spots higher than 25 FBS teams! =D>

My guess is that K-State will not take us for a cake walk ......we should have beaten Texas Tech and two plays changed the game at Stillwater........Bears could be very dangerous game for the Wildcats..........got to getting going from the start......
