Rain or shine I'll be there.

I've been thinking more about this game. Both sides have to be concerned.

- UCA coming off a long stretch of playing, winning, and with the conference title in hand, has to be careful not to be relaxed. Win this week, get next week off. That has to be the focus.

- ACU most likely expended a lot of emotional energy last week. They were up with under 6 to play against SHSU before the game was locked up.

ACU played well. Can they emotionally and mentally recover? UCA has to not be thinking conference title. They have to be thinking high seed and bye week. To accomplish that, a W must happen. To have a chance at a 2 or 3 seed, depending on how other games shake out, style points matter. 10 points or less will look good to the committee.

I still like 49-13 (with 7 of those coming late against our younger players), but 49-10 or 56-10 would be better. If we make too many mistakes, we may be looking at duking it out like we did with SFA.

Turnovers will be huge in this one...Since the 7 turnover debacle in Plano a few
years back ACU hasn't come close to the Bears and they just hung on to win that
one. No turnovers by UCA will lead to another win and a national seed of no worse
than 4.

I look for Brandon Myers and Cedric Battle to have big games for the BEARS...
Bears will score at least 34 on Senior Day on THE STRIPES... :D

same song, 10th verse. We're past letdowns...this team is rolling and in rhythm. This is the most dangerous team I've ever seen in Conway.

UCA 38
ACU 6

If the Wildcats played the Bearcats tough how do you think they will play the Bears? They have nothing to lose. One game at a time please. Lets be focused at the task at hand.

This is the most important game of the season... it's the next one up. Cannot look past these guys. Play like we have and we'll win and will win big! Come in with a big head and we might be sorry....

I'm predicting a victory either way....close or big.

But honestly I think this one will be HUGE. Their coach said he is now using backups as starters and just playing SHSU will wear out a team like ACU.

45-7.

ACU is obviously much improved from last season even though the record
doesn't reflect it...Bears defense is the x-factor in this one. Not sure ACU
can generate enough points....but we will see.

Forecast for Saturday is for winds up to 40 mph. Whoever controls the
line of scrimmage will surely win this one...

weird weather Saturday will unfortunately keep some fans away. I'd say between 6,000 - 7,000 show...students will be at half force with some already gone for thanksgiving break

Blackmon and crossley each get 100 yds rushing. Hayden attempts less than 20 passes but completes 85%. Cox, Dillard or Roman will break a screen for a TD.

Game day!

With Nicholls losing, we now own the outright conference championship. Today is all about the seed. I know Coach Campbell with not run up the score, but we don’t need to let off the gas either.

Go Bears!
