Well the Steve Campbell era is over, he did a great job but can’t blame him for wanting to move closer to where he is from to make 5x’s the money. Coach Stewart, Kitchens, Bennet and Hart are headed to Mobile with him. So who is next? Like I stated on a previous thread the reigning Gulf South coach of the year Brett Gilliland would be a good choice, a guy in his mid 30’s that has rings from FBS, FCS, and D2. Came from GA Southern and was recruiting coordinator during there last run to 3 semi appearences, they beat UF and made the Transition to FBS football. Also a similar offense and we could have a chance at keeping Nathan Brown!! |
