Donaghey Hall location to be focal point for university Quote: Otis, a 3,000-pound bear made of stainless steel, will hang from the outside of the building. The 15-foot-long, 8-foot-wide development was made by Sculptor Bryan Massey, a UCA professor, and will be unveiled Oct. 22.
