The last is very unlikely...….suppose some specialty school like was recently established in Ft Smith but not a full med school...……. The second would be OK but money is an issue...…….not sure Sunbelt wants A-State, UALR and UCA...…….they have first two now...….. God forbid the first...…….. |

That was my thought as well. They played it off as that way due to the $20 million dollars being the largest gift in the history of the university and to push us towards new heights with bigger capital campaigns in the future. |

Windgate has been a good supporter of UCA over the years...……..this is the result of a long relationship...…….being able to expand our music and arts programs to meet demand and to take all to the next level academically is huge...……..remember at heart we are still a "teacher's college" …….LOTS of high school band directors and music teachers in the region have one or more degrees from UCA..... besides we continue to have success with students using their UCA education to make a living in the "arts" professionally.....I suspect Snow gets some updating and remodeling along the way....not sure of its role in the current master plan..... We now have a new College of Business....a much needed update of science facilities...….closing in on new nursing facilities....new Greek community with sorority housing now and fraternity houses in the offing...….three new residence halls in recent years...……. |
