WOW! Just felt my first one here at the house. Whole darn house moved. Didn't know what had happened. Mrs. HB was yelling "what was that?", dog woke up and started barking, and I came up out of my chair wondering what the h.... I thought part of the roof had fallen in or something. Went upstairs in the attic to see if some rafters had broken and then went outside to see if a Mack truck had made a wrong turn and was trying to make a new road thru the house.

Sure enough, logged on to the LCD website and found out a 3.8 quake had happened 2 miles se of Guy. Guess it's time to make sure that earthquake rider on the house insurance is paid up!

BOOM!!! Shake #2 about 10 minutes ago. Let's make sure we keep drilling holes around here looking for that all important natural gas - especially since the vast majority of the wells are being capped and the gas is not even being used.

No problem Monkey. The wife has been wanting to remodel/rebuild anyway. Just hope we're at work and the dog is outside using the bathroom when it happens.

Actually all the earthquakes are my fault. I'm building a massive underground bunker to live in. The world is going to #$% in a handbasket so I figured that I would create a race of superhuman mole people and get away from this rat race. 8)

Don't get all shook up, people. If they can figure out how to get someone out of a Chilean mine shaft, they should be able to get people out of a crack. :D

Probably due to some secret CIA underground project near El Paso....or maybe something going on in those old missile silos....

I'm going to try to find a website that will show realtime earthquake readings. If anyone knows one, PLEASE post it here!)

Stay safe HB. [-o<
