I'm open for suggestions on some type of text to go on here (nickname or something). The only thing I came up with was lame.

Marquez "Lame" Branson just doesn't have much of a ring to it.

I think "Dancin' Branson" would be a nice moniker, if you could get him in a polyester leisure suit or maybe a cowboy get up.

How about we set up an info center somewhere. "Fayetteville ... just two hours northwest of Branson!"

Hometowns are often used in coming up with nicknames. The Starkville Stunner/Stud/Stallion/Steamroller/Stupefier/Stalactite (though that makes no sense whatsoever)/ etc. could work.

However, the Starkville Stunner sounds more like some sort of finishing maneuver/endzone celebration. I might recommend that to somebody.

Or you could get even gayer and go with some Sweet 16 crap and put glitter and candles everywhere.

Or there's got to be some way to make the old Warren G - Regulate lyrics work...

"Sixteen in the clip and one in the hole, Nate Dogg is about to make some bodies turn cold..."

And I'm spent.

Ugghhh ... Fayetteville is northwest of Conway. Branson (Marquez ... who this thread is about) resides in Conway. It's wordplay. I wasn't talking about the Missouri tourist trap. Even if you don't understand that, you at least know your geography – so there is some silver lining in there somewhere.

Did you try out the "Big Play" Branson part in different color? White might be a little overwhelming but the purple doesn't work that well.

Yeah, I asked for the font and wanted to use white, but it was too much.
I really tried a few different things, but I'm terrible with text. I never seem to make the text "fit."

What if you put a little bit of a white outline on the text? May look bad with that font, but you might give that a try.

I still can't get any of these to work in my head either. I really like that font, but I may have used it at the wrong time ---

How did I know. That's actually what I created the very first time. I just wasn't a huge fan of the white glow.

What's that old saying - go with your first instinct?
