we had a chance to win yesterday but just didn't pull it off. sucked at the line maybe (2nd half anyway), but looked pretty good overall. why don't you chime in the next time you actually come to a game. |

A big inside presence would be key to winning the battles in the "key".

The current guys are making every effort to execute the game style but just are not capable of doing it for a full 40 minutes. With two transfers eligible next year (LaQuentin Miles and Jordan Harks), a redshirt freshman (Aubrey Ball), and the start to a solid recruiting class (6'7" swingman Darius Singleton and 6'3" point guard Malcolm Canada) Corliss is on his way to winning many future games at UCA. |

The only thing that really sucked was the last minute or so of regulation and the result. This team definitely isn't very good, but anybody with half a clue and bit of rationality didn't expect it to be. They've been right there in a handful of games but have come up just close. You're a shot or two, a healthy player and a non-backstabbing recruit away from probably being 9-7 or 10-6 with wins over Oklahoma and SMU, and maybe even Oklahoma State. It can be 0-13 the rest of the way and I'm not going to be just real concerned about it. We've been the doormat in the league, nothing new. But people better enjoy getting their licks in right now, because things are about to change pretty quickly. |
