Coach: Complimented Wildcats for being relentless and tough to beat.......not happy that Bears let them drive as much as they did...... congratulated Unruh on a career night.........home games big.......crowd has been great and it gets loud which really helps the team.........hard end to season.......Nicholls will be a challenge.........they shoot it well......up and down season....... we have to play our style game....... Justin ended with Unruh and Brooks interviews........sounds like great representatives for UCA.....Brooks did call Coach old!! Look at the close out schedule......need 3-3 or better.......just don't assume any game is a win or loss.......every game can be either..........Top 8 get to play in Katy........ Nicholls (4-7) @Nicholls (4-7) @UNO (9-3) @SLU (6-6) SFA (8-4) @NWS (3-8) SLC Top Tier UNO 9-3 SHS 8-4 SFA 8-4 LU 7-4 TAMCC 6-5 Then UCA, HBU and SLU at 6-6 and UIW at 5-7 |

Heard today on Justin Acri's show The Zone that there was an exchange of words between Coach Pinnell and one of the players last night after the game. He said he had the sound bite and was going to play in during his broadcast, but I never heard it. Does anyone know what's up concerning this ? |

There was something said in Justin's interview of Coach about the "fight" and it seemed like something in good fun.........not sure what happened during the game but apparently Brooks is joe cool and maybe not intense enough for Coach.......like one of my UCA coaches used to say, if you win races you can wear the wrap arounds........lack of intensity is fine if cool gets the job done ........Brooks got it done last night............ |
