There is no doubt the pitching was there the entire weekend to sweep the Lions who had entered the series as the highest scoring team in the league. Fortunate to get 1 out of the weekend, and only be 1 game out of 1st place behind SELA going into the 4th conference series of the season next weekend at McNeese!

Also, Tye Throneberry was named SLC hitter of the week honorable mention for his week at the plate as well.
