Quote: an "L" when it counted Depends on how you look at it. Going to Starkville and handing a team that was 18-0 two defeats in three games very much counted. Put us on the national map of college baseball. Definitely helped with exposure and recruitment I think. We would have been very hard pressed to get out of the supers with two wins imo. That being said, being represented at the supers would have been icing on the cake for the Bears. |
