Caught this in the Dallas Morning News... Frisco pitcher signs: Frisco's Mallarie Stone wasn't able to pitch last season because of a stretched ligament and nerve damage in her pitching elbow, but she will still get a chance to pitch at the Division I level. Stone (6-0, 0.20 ERA) signed with Central Arkansas this week. UpandIn will certainly like her--- "College: University of Texas My role model is Vince Young... " The arm injury is scary, but she has come back this season to win 6 games. And there's no doubt that ERA is out of this world. Check out some of her numbers from this season: 2 innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 4 K's, 1 BB (relief appearance) 3 innings, 0 hits, 0 runs 7 innings, 0 runs, 5 hits, 5 strike outs, 3 walks 6 innings, 0 runs, 3 hits, 7 k's. 5 innings 1 run, 4 hits, 8 K's, 0 bb. 7 innings, 0 runs, 2 hits, 12k's, 2 BB 4 inn., 2 run, 1 er, 3H, 9K, 2BB |
