UCA Tourney 2/23/14 Drops Game 1 today to Western Illinois by 7-6 afte tying with 4 runs in Top of 7th and losing in 8. Game 2 got away as South Dakota State got out 6-0 and SBs only could close to 6-2. SBs now off toe a rough 4-11 start and have UAPB at home on Wed then to Clearwater, FL for a tourney next weekend. 2/22/14 Drops close game to Drexel by 6-5. 2/21/14 Open with 18-3 win over Alabama State http://www.ucasports.com/news/2014/2/21/SB_0221145809.aspx |

3/7-8/14 at Texas A&M CC Game 2; UCA comes back for 8-5 win..... UCA 8-12-3 (1-1/9-15) TAMCC 5-6-4 (1-1/5-15) What is it with 7 errors in a softball game? Forest, Whisenhunt, Parker and Dodson all had 2 hits with a rbi...Studioso goes the distance with 11 Ks... Finale on Sat at 10AM....Go Bears...... Game 1: Islanders win 2-1 UCA 1-5-0 TAMCC 2-7-0 Forest has 2 hits and the sole rbi and Clampitt goes distance in the circle.... |

3/22/14 DH at Lamar Game 2: UCA 3-7-3 (4-3/14-19) LU 11-11-2 (6-1/11-10) UCA led 3-1 at one point and game was tied at 3 after 4...then the flood gates broke....Bigej was 2/3 and a HR with 2 rbis and Forest had another multi hit game at 2/4 with a rbi....need to find a way to get a win tomorrow ans stay near the top.... Game 1: UCA 0-9-0 (4-2/14-18) LU 7-8-0 (5-1/10-10) Cardinals score 7 of 14 baserunners and UCA leaves 10 on base and srtuck out 6x.....Forest goes 3/4 for UCA including lead off double in 1st but left on 3rd.... |
