http://www.ucasports.com/news/2017/2/26/TEN_022617.aspx Ladies are now 9-1 on the season after their first loss Sunday in Springfield vs Louisiana Tech. Wow. While not playing Stanford and other elites they have some nice wins............Missouri State, Creighton, SE Missouri, Southern Illinois, Murray State, Belmont (we finally beat Belmont in something!!). Upcoming non-conference matches coming up include UTSA, A-State and Troy.... Keep up the good play...Go Tennis Bears!! |

Tennis continues to do well with a 2-0 SLC record (wins over ACU and IWU) and 13-3 overall..........also wins over A-State and Alabama State and losses to UTSA and Troy........only SLC matches left.....with Sam and Lamar this weekend in Conway |

The win, which was Central Arkansas' 15th of the season, set a new program for wins in a season, eclipsing the 14-win mark set last season." Tennis bears move to 6-2/17-5 with weekend wins over UNO and SELA.............regular season closes out with street SLC road matches at NWS, SFA and TMACC then SLC Tourney in Beaumont starting 4/28. |

Excellent season by the ladies...............ended up 8-3 in SLC and 21-7 overall....beat NWS 4-2 and Lamar 4-2 in semis before falling 2-4 to TAMCC in finals.....runner up in tourney.............congrats to TennisBears on a fine season..... |
