Isn't there a mercy rule in one of the later innings? Like a 10 run rule? Did they get all those runs at the last moment in the 9th?

I don't think there is a mercy rule. And the WSU/UAPB score was bad enough, but scoring 30 takes it to another level. |

There are run rules in certain conferences like the SLC during conference games. |

I think I read something somewhere about this game that said the coaches had to agree on a run rule before the game began, but apparently they never did that...so no run rule was enforced. |
