Two earthshattering developments and one lingering tremor got a whole lot of folks’ attention in the Southland Conference the first two weeks of the season.

The University of Central Arkansas playing Hawaii to 25-20 with Hawaii going to the final 1:22 to score the winning touchdown started the rumblings — particularly when Hawaii led Washington State 35-0 on the road early last weekend on the way to a 38-20 victory at Pullman, Wash...
