I do know a 13 team Women's Soccer conference is not ideal. 12 or 14 would be preferable for scheduling purposes.

NOU was planning adding FB and Women's soccer in 2014 at one time.

This was when they were going to move down to DII.

They were rocked pretty hard by Katrina! Their shifting direction doesn't seem as unstable as it might without factoring in Katrina.
