FINAL McNeese 27 MTSU 21 First FCS over FBS upset of the season. MTSU tried make it interesting in the 4th, but couldn't make up that much ground. Congrats Cowboys! |

MTSU was nuts to schedule McNeese as an opener, especially coming off a 2-10 season. Not shocked at the way it turned out. The funny thing is that I saw some La. Tech fans laughing at the loss this morning on their board and only one of them had the sense to remind the others how close they came to losing to a certain Southland team last year. Everyone know you are supposed to schedule a SWAC team. |
