How long can North Dakota State stay in FCS? They seem like a program more than ready to move to FBS and the 25 additional scholarhsips.........

Northern Iowa, Illinois State and South Dakota State would beat many FBS teams but not at NDSU level......

All of these teams show that location in hard to get to places can be overcome in recruiting....

If you're going to move up then you need a solid fan base with fairly large stadiums. Montana, Montana St, North Dakota St would top the list of FCS schools. I don't think Northern Iowa seats much more then 10k.

North Dakota State sneaks by Illinois State by 29-27 with last minute TD.......4th straight FCS Chmapionship for NDSU and first FCS school to achieve that .....both teams VERY good..Redbirds QB was quite impressive.......

Hope to be at the game next year with our Purple Bears...

NOTE: Illinois State was the first D1 opponent for UCA after our moving to FCS..Bears lost at Normal by 18-3......caem home net week to beat Mo State 16-14.....
