I just saw this on the Southland recap...Delta State beat SFA 17 to 14!! Wow, I know that DSU is usually good, but was it that DSU is that good or is SFA just not that good? |

People just don't understand how solid and competitive the GSC is/was. I'd be willing to bet that no other conference could have prepared us better for the transition. DSU was ranked 21 after thrashing West Virginia Tech, 61-0. SFA recovered TWO Delta fumbles and still lost virtually every other statistical category. They were 1-10 on 3rd down. It could have been worse. DSU was just 3-for-5 in scores from the red zone, including one of those fumbles which happened around the 6 yard line. |

SFA just isnt that good! Look at their records over the past couple of years! Their not any good, and no this isn't a knock on DSU bc they are very good! |
