It has to do with UA trying to strongarm some medical services for big money to be their official providers. A couple of reporters FOI'ed the paperwork and somehow the two documents the reporters were really looking for have come up missing.

just had my attention called to an article by Nate Allen in today's Northwest Arkansas Times (not behind the subscription wall at the moment) on the University of Arkansas athletic department's failed effort to get a kickback from those signed up to provide medical services to Razorback sports teams.

Where is 'what's her name' when it comes to reporting. They need to ship her down there to 'cover' it (make that FOREVER)

What do you mean by "kickback"?

The way I read the article, the AD was apparently pursuing a "pay to play" deal where physicians/clinics/etc would pay for the right to be the provider of choice. My guess is that the providers would then use the long proven Olympic Games ".....bubble gum of the Olympics.." marketing gambit.

What am I missing?
