Thank you to Alabama for proving how silly the BCS process has become. Who thinks Floirida was better than Bama this year? The BCS computer ratings. After watching each play twice vs BCS opponents this past fall it was obvious that Bama was the bigger, faster and better coached team wiith lots of on-field experience. It seems they are the bigger, faster and better coached team when playing ND also.

It is understandable why the human polls had ND ranked first given the enormous media bias of ESPN, et al toward ND.

The BCS rankings show Sagarin had ND as #1 on 12/2/12 (the rankings that counted) but the 12/2/12 Sagarin ratings in USA Today had Bama #1 (easily), so not sure what that is about.

We will forgive the Gators losing by 10 to Lousiville since UCA Bear Charlie Strong leads the Cardinals.

My congratulations go to the North Dakota State Bison who is the only NCAA D1 football champion for 2012-2013 and to the Crimson Tide and the Marian College (Indiana) Knights (NAIA) for winning non-NCAA football championships.

North Dakota State, Valdosta State and whoever won
At D3 are true national champions. Until the so-called
Big programs have a playoff it is a sham.

D3 champion for 2012 was.....big surprise, Mount Union (11th time) with a 28-10 win over #3 St Thomas of Minnesota....MU also wears purple....
