They love 'em some football. 10,000 people for a pep rally - in Frisco.

Honestly that's an FBS school playing FCS ball. They have the support, tradition, and decent facilities. If APP can move up and NDSU appears to get the most support in the Dakotas, its time for them to move up. Expect a three-peat.

Montana could also make the jump too if given the right circumstances, conference, etc....

Those schools have no interest in moving up to the FBS level. They are all about winning championships, National Championships, not a meaningless potato or go daddy bowl game. Don't expect them to move up anytime soon.

Which is fine by me as well! I'd rather play for a NC than some crap bowl. NDSU just won their 3rd straight NC!

Saw a LOT of NDSU fans in Dallas this week...one actually was worrried they would not win....I told her not to worry.....just enjoy the game......looks like she did by 35-7....

ND barely has more people in the entire state that is in the LR MSA..... hats off to them for the level of support......avg 18,000+ per home game...
