A-State led 16-13 when RWs intercepted Ball State...then RW QB throws a terrible pass to endzone that is an INT ...Ball State mounts an impressive drive to score and go ahead 20-16 but State comes back with a very nice TD dirve to go up 23-20....Ball State makes a frantic drive that looked hopeless after a 3rd down at RW 42 with less than 5 seconds left BUT RWs have late hit out of bounds moving ball to RW 25...Ball State lines up to kick the tying FG ...RWs blok the kick and.... John Thompson gets his 2nd straight interim coach bowl wn for State...so...at least one D1 team in Arkansas has a post season football win..... congrats to RWs...... |
