We had the opportunity last weekend to spend the whole weekend in Conway. I am proud of my hometown. I will try to not make this post sound "cheesy". We shopped, and ate downtown, and loved it! What a great feel old downtown Conway has! The new CHS looks freakin awesome! We have a family member who is in investment banking in Conway, and he is "in the know" about most of the goings on, and future investments to be made. Let me just say that when it comes to athletics, and higher education in Conway "THE FUTURE LOOKS VERY, VERY BRIGHT!" of course he could not be specific, and some projects have already been confirmed, but ten, heck, even five years from now, UCA and Hendrix College are going to see some major, major upgrades. He also let me know that CHS will be doing some more re-vamping as soon as the new school is finished, and it has to do with football. Look out Bentonville! Conway is catchin ya! Lol

Does anyone have the long term plans for UCA that old bear has? I'd ask him but he's rarely on here so I hope someone who frequents the board wouldn't mind forwarding them to me or the ADMIN to possibly post on here. Thanks!

That is all great to hear, UCAfaninTN! Conway is still a growing town and with 3 institutions of higher education in the city, it makes for a vibrant atmosphere.
I can't wait to see all of the improvements planned!

I would love to see the updated plans. I've seen some old plans on the uca website, but I think those are very out of date.

Conway is a very bright spot in Arkansas...great long term potential....was in town to day and it was extremely busy...

I'll correct myself. I just did a quick google search and the new master plan popped up!

The Master Plan is a lot to digest....... looks like lots of campus-wide, community and alumni input....
