Lots of little things add up in football..........except for two good plays by ASU...the Pick 6 and the stop in Q3 on 4/1 this is a 27-29 game...even with how much better RWs have played on offense....
Now Bears get stop on A15 to force punt and get ball at U45....Go Bears!!

Give RWs credit for the win.....they made the plays on defense when needed and just wore us out with their offense.......Bonner and Hatcher each had three TD passes and NO INTs....
This is what happens when you get outrushed badly ..181 to 78.......lose TO battle by 5-0....leave two TDs on the field in Q3.........defense played hard but did not have a good game giving up 573 yards...........
Still, Bears battled and were close to a miracle in Q4 until that last INT late......LW and Hudson had terrific games in spite of difficulty getting open and fighting the wind and wet......Crossley had a good day running.....Hughes-Ford had a good day punting.......Ray back on track with 3/3 PAT and 2/2 FGs....
Hope we have some of our missing players back for a tough game at Mo State...

tough game and tough conditions. we simply didn’t take care of the football and were not going to beat a good fbs team that way.
glad we got the opportunity and the brand continues to be built.
i hope nwabear doesn’t get mad that his conspiracy theories aren’t panning out

The Bears played without 3 starters on defense.
3 preseason all conference and 1 all American.
Traveled 5 wide receivers and 4 cornerbacks.
Lost 2 TE during the game and were within 7 @
the half...but of course it’s UCA and they don’t
Make excuses. Very proud of the team and coaching
staff for playing this game.
It seems that I remember another coach canceling
the first scheduled meeting because his team wasn’t
at full strength.
