This class looks terrific.....good mix of in-state and out of state...lots of speed...a few will need to add some bulk and strength but I am guessing quite a few will see more than a few snaps next fall..... unless I counted wrong there are three TEs....the Jonesboro fellow looked like he has excellent size and downfield speed...looking forward to the new RBs running a pitch sweep with their size and speed.......glad to see us sign a Pine Bluff Zebra....saw PB play Watson Chapel in 2019 and while both teams struggled that season they each had some very big lineman....looks like one of them will be a Bear....Gee really has an arm....I could add a comment on each of them....strong group... congrats to all........Go Bears!!

Ethan Hassler was a scholarship player-and pretty highly touted one at that, Alston Elam and Andrew Agapos were PWO's for A-State.

Memphis made some head way in Arkansas grabbing Errington McRae and Marion Crockett-both former A-State commits.

Little FYI, the player Butch Jones seems to be most excited about is the one they flipped from you, Seydou Traore. Been calling everyone and saying he is the bests TE prospect he has seen. They, Florida State , Iowa State, Memphis and some others all jumped on him late.

Butch Jones says the infatuation with the transfer portal is leaving a lot of very good HS players available, and after they reached their number, they extended a lot of PWO offers to players he said were good enough for a division 1 scholarship offer.

I think there is also a ton of talent that if they don't get a D1 offer then they just choose not to play college ball. I hope people are seeing D2 football is still great, just sometimes takes a little more effort if you want to get to the NFL.

# of rivals/247/espn 3-Star Prospects: 4
# of rivals/247/espn 2-Star Prospects: 4
# of rivals/247/espn Listed Prospects: 8
# of players with P5 FBS offers: 2(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
# of players with G5 FBS offers: 5
# of players with Major FCS offers (MVC, OVC, Sland, etc): 12
Arkansas All-State Selections: 8

19 of the 21 were highly sought after recruits by either our FCS rival programs or FBS teams including Houston, Kansas and Indiana.

This is a top 10 FCS class.
