Absolutely right. The Log Cabin would be great for toilet paper. Conway Corp does a good job, but what if you don't have cable? I would say at this point it would have to be web based. Almost something like MySaline Facebook page in Saline County. The lady there makes money somehow it seems with it.
As far as news on Athletics is concerned for UCA, I think the current SID does a good job, but definitely has room for improvement. I like the app that gives me UCA alerts about sports. I think if someone could do a radio show once a week about Conway Area athletics, it would be awesome. Would love to help if anyone ever got it started.
I like the idea of the weekly radio show, however, I just don't think it would work except for football. I think the weekly show for football that Justin Acri has done for the last several years was good, but when it came around to basketball, it just died. I suspect part of that is because basketball is not taken very seriously at UCA. I've got to tell you....I just don't know what would/could work.
Maybe something could be built up for a weekly show after the sale is finalized on KASR-FM in Conway. I know that the station recently sold and it awaiting federal approval. Maybe something could be done with this station. It might be a start.
