I've been a member since 2004. The purple circle does a fine job at what they do. Watching student athletes develope into young adults serving their community blesses my heart. I will support UCA athletics as long as I can. I never had the opportunity to play sports let alone go to college. If I can invest in a students future I want to do so. Go Bears

I use too.....gave $500 to $1000 for a number of years dating back to the mid-90's.
That doesn't even come close to counting the volunteer hours I gave the athletic department over 35 years as well.

I'm not going to get into what happened. There were alot of hurt feelings on both sides and I decided to take the high road and walked away from giving in about 2015.

As Papa mentioned, they do many GREAT things with the Purple Circle. The department could not survive without it. Like it has been stated on here before, they just need to raise more money and have more members.

I am generally pleased with how the department is operated. UCA remains competitive in all sports except for one....mens basketball. You all know my feelings on this.
