SDSU gets a nod at #31. D2 Ferris State at #148 looks like they could beat several FBS schools and possibly most D1 FCS schools. Intersting rankings.

No doubt......two-time D2 reigning champions...there are probably some of the better high school teams in TX and CA that could beat the bottom ranks of FCS....
