I hope UC Davis comes to town just so I can finally hear live and in person their famed Bossy Cow Cow cheer.

I'm pretty sure enrollment at that school is like 30,000 or better. That's huge, and they were D-II just a couple years ago.

that is old....SFA backed out/ got a money game and backed out or used us as a fallback, the only SLC member we are scheduled to play so far this year is Texas State. ( as it turns out, I am DEAD WRONG now and I eat my crow with lettuce and tomoato, Heinz 57 and frech fried potatoes,...)

Unless things have changed the last day or so..and with this scheduling this year, they may have, this is how our schedule reads...

"With construction on a new $29.75 million stadium expected to last into October, UCD is planning on playing its first five games on the road.

Tentatively, those games would be Northern Colorado (Sept. 2), Montana State (Sept. 9), San Jose State (Sept. 16), Youngstown (Ohio) State (Sept. 23) and, after a bye week, their Great West Football Conference opener against Cal Poly (Oct. 7).

“In this current situation with the stadium and being on the quarter system, this does provide us with an opportunity to get our away games out of the way,” Warzecka said.

UCD would then close with five of six at home - Central Arkansas (Oct. 14), Southern Utah (Oct. 21) at South Dakota State (Oct. 28 ), North Dakota State (Nov. 4) and Sac State (Nov. 18 ). The fifth home game likely would come against the University of San Diego - a non-scholarship Division I-AA program.

Told you guys there was something fishy about the whole SFA thing. They had that Div I date set in stone for sometime. They pulled out of a WIU game because of Div I. No way they pulled out of a game with the Bears...
