I'm counting four D2 opponents (henderson, south dakota, sau, and augustana). So seven 1-AAs and four D2s I dont think its all that bad necessarily. It porbably could have been worse.

Nice job getting Missouri State to come to Conway.

I would believe that UCD might be your toughest game, depending on how SFA is playing during your trip to Nacogdoches.

Missouri State is a home and home, our return trip to Springfield is next year I believe. Also UC Davis will return to Little Rock to begin the 2008 season. So we made some good connections with those without jsut making it a one time game only.

If you'll notice, besides the bold and color on mine, I have also added the start times to the away games as they were listed on the other school's official releases listing UCA as their opponents. The 4 not listing starting times when I did that or when they released their official schedules were SDSU,UCDavis, SHSU, and GSU. And to my knowledge Sam Houston hasn't announced their schedule yet, so their start time might be included when that does occur.

I really dont care too much for Henderson's or SAU's so forgive me.

SHSU game will be either at 2 PM or 6 PM...

I think because it's in the end of October, it'll be a 2 PM game. Typically the earlier games are at 6 PM because of the heat and the later games at 2 PM because it gets colder late at night...

Either one is fine with me. If it's 2:00 p.m. we will just have to get an early tee-time.

Game Time set for South Dakota State game as well now and reflected above. Only game times not available, I don't think are UC Davis and Ga. Southern games. Since Sam Houston game will be at 2 or 6.

Story on the upcoming UC Davis schedule that should be announced next week. We are still scheduled to open their brand new football stadium:

We still feel like we have a good chance of opening the stadium on that date (Oct. 14)." -UC Davis athletic director Greg Warzecka

....Although the tentative 2006 football schedule won't be released until next week, Central Arkansas is the home opener in October......

....The Aggies don't have enough scholarshipped players. Last year UC Davis carried 41 last year and expects 52 next season. NCAA stipulations are that a Division I team must have 90 percent of 63 scholarships (56.7). Warzecka estimates UC Davis reaching 60 scholarships by 2007. Without being at 90 percent of the set amount for scholarships, Div. I-A teams cannot count that victory toward bowl eligibility....

FYI, 2 PM won out over 6 PM for the Bearkats game against Central Arkansas...

Kats ussually do Sept/early Oct games at 6 PM as I said due to the heat and the rest at 2 PM when it gets nice...
