Mcneese leading Southeastern Louisiana 21 to 7 with six minutes left in third quarter. Only two teams will remain undefeated in conference after tonight. Proud of the Bears effort today, and all the playing time second and third string got!

The first half was a little closer than I anticipated, but overall a nice effort by the Bears!

Next week's game is going to be HUGE as McNeese comes to the stripes! Looks like both of us will be undefeated coming into this game. The winner will come out in sole possession of 1st place in the SLC!

Concur with everyone's thoughts on the game. I just got home after stopping off for a visit with relatives in Greenville.

I thought the Bears looked a little sluggish at the start of the game, but played better as the afternoon progressed. The defense was just GREAT.

Also, good crowd of Bear fans that made the trip.

Time to get serious now that it is McNeese week.

No disrespect (don't you love it when people say that) but honestly if we don't win this game by 5 or more touchdowns it will be disappointing. I mean if you noticed we won by 10 TDs last year at home so figure they will be twice as tough so knock off 5 of those...if Sammy scored 63 on them...this game shouldn't be close and it is one of the FEW we can say that about. Seriously.

My prediction is we will score 28 in the first quarter.

If I'm wrong oh well, I mean they have done NOTHING to say otherwise.

Got part of that right. Didn't expect a slow start against HBU but glad to see the defense playing so well. Go Bears! Beat McNeese! =D>
