I was in attendance and I have to say I thought there was a very nice crowd at Estes Stadium.
I know it was 1's vs. 2's and 3's but a few players stood out IMO...
#1 was Carlos Blackmon....this guy is a stud with a capital S. #2 was Hayden Hildebrand...seemed to be very comfortable, like it's second nature now. #3 Braylon Smith...This guy stood out to me in a big way....very athletic and threw the ball with exceptional touch and accuracy. #4 He is a hometown product from Gurdon, Ar. , but I thought he closed on run support from the free safety spot with the speed Bear Fans haven't seen in a while. He is a redshirt freshman, but his future looks bright. Jackie Harvell... #5 1st team D-line did a nice job vs. the 2's all day. #6 The secondary still looks a bit suspect but it surely has made improvement. #7 Offensive line looks to have plenty of size, athleticism and depth. #8 Deep snaper is exceptional #9 Linebackers have speed and very good instincts. #10 Can't wait for the 1st game vs. Kansas State

Agree with ya Foot on everything in your post....Blackmon was just outstanding.
Haydon was Haydon...except it look like he might be more confident.
Really like the progress of Breylin Smith.
The Kansas State game will be here before we know it.

Foot/Beau,
Thanks for the spring game update. Nothing like a report from real Bear fans.

I also thought Kolt Harfield did a nice job at QB...Has a very strong arm. He threw some darts.
Can't remember if I saw Lester Wells or not...did not have a roster in hand and wasn't sure of his number.
Didn't ever see Jarvous Cooper either ???
Don't know his name, but #26 on the Purple Bears is exceptionally quick and broke off a 50+ TD run.
