I will say every game I have attended, I feel like UCA has a big and nice field (deep endzones). Maybe it's just the amount of turf that is colored. Stands do remind me of a large high school stadium. Such as Bentonville or Fayetville.

Continue to improve the game day experience. i think the new scoreboard will help, and i like the inflatable private seating in the north endzone (which helps block bruce st. freeloaders). I would also float the idea of temp bleachers in one of the corners for the band to expand seating and allow the visiting side a chance to hear them.
The food is freaking awful, but, you know, Aramark. Maybe we can start selling beer? That would probably help boost attendance. Won't probably happen.
The arkansas democrat gazette is not nearly as influential as it once was. Promote more socially; taking out ad space with google search, facebook, twitter, etc. would go much further than newspaper or tv coverage.

Build seats into the side of Bruce street and make an entrance right there at the gate, if you give off the sense of a high school atmosphere then that’s what you’re gonna get..hell make it alcohol friendly so the tailgaters come In...the frats and sororities would add a lot to the attendance but too bad most of their loyalty lies in pigville

Haven’t been a regular attendee for several years but this was discussed a lot. The game day/tailgating experience needs help. Tailgating needs to be easier and inexpensive. A local band would be neat. Back in the day we & other families tailgated in the parking lot next to Brice & it was free. As I understand today to tailgate in a parking space it’s $500 per season or you can park for free. Why not try closing off the front third for tailgating for $10/$20? Couldn’t hurt to try. Then there’s alcohol, other schools are doing it
