By DAVID MCCOLLUM
Log Cabin Staff Writer

The University of Central Arkansas welcomed three major transfers to football camp Tuesday, two of them former high-profile recruits for the University of Arkansas.

Cedric Logan (6-foot-0, 198), a wide receiver from Fayetteville, and Marc Winston (6-6, 260), a tight end from Little Rock Parkview, met with the UCA coaching staff Tuesday morning, watched the early session of two-a-day drills, underwent physical examinations and registered for classes that afternoon. After UCA officials received the official transfer paperwork from the UA, the two players practiced with the Bears late Tuesday afternoon....

Anyone witness this "heating up?"

Was it similar to the heating up from the spring scrimmage?
And should the school actually report such at thing to the public? Seems like something you'd leave to the newspapers (or noone) to report.

yea it did get a somewhat heated at times but honestly I like seeing guys getting really motivated and ready for the season. The offensive guys were sticking up for their guys and the defensive guys were doing the same for their's. But I don't think the school needs to be reporting it, as you said I think it should be left up to the newspapers
