I thought we had the corner on the market but it looks like there are several college games of interest:

Harding @ Southwest Baptist
Northeastern State @ Arkansas Tech
Southern Arkansas @ Nicholls State

Not to mention the triple-header of high school games at Harding.

I didn't know till a day or so ago that SAU and UAM are playing this weekend. We're certainly not the first to kick off the season this year.

apparently there were even some D2 games last night, although I cant confirm this.

Tuscullum from the SAC D2 played, I listened to quite a bit of that. That NAIA team just ALMOST took them to the mat. :lol:

One I-AA team opened their season yesterday. Another newcomer, Winston-Salem got knocked off by D-II Catawba 21-7.

MSNBC has the Bears listed in the I-AA Independents.
