Any of you insiders know how ticket sales are doing for the season? (i.e. season ticket sales, or sales for the Capital City Classic.)

I know that I can probably call someone and find out, but I am lazy and thought someone might know already.

Also, the weather is looking like it is going to be great for the game Thursday with a high of 89 and a low of 67!

I was at the Olive Garden in Fayetteville earlier this summer and was asked (along with my wife) if we were in town to visit the campus! We were with her parents, but still. I was older than the person asking the question who was going to graduate in December I think. By several years.

But before that I got carded at freakin Oaklawn... twice!! You only have to be 18!! Luckily I kept going to the same lady after that so the embarassment ended.

(I'd like to apologize to KOTS for the use of exclamatory marks. But this truly is insane.)

That is cool! He has to be one of the greatest university presidents ever.

Basically, what I'm saying, smarty pants, is Henderson State, PURHCASED the tickets for parents. For your info, both my children have had major operations at the Children's Hospital and I believe I donated quite a bit ... and appreciate everything they do! :

Good deal, Bearly. Do you know how many they purchased? That actually makes more sense than buying tickets for students.

They purchased enough for every player to have two free tickets and I believe any staff member and faculty member as well... I don't know the exact number. I do know that last year UCA did not provide tickets to parents at the CCC, which didn't matter to me, I'd buy them if they were $100 each to help out the ACH, which is one of the finest in the country and one of the reasons my son was able to compete in athletics after undergoing three major surgeries there over 15 years. They also saved my daughter's finger from being cut off with microsurgery over 20 years ago...
