Awards and kudos have often found their way into Hatfield’s portfolio, but the “Governor’s Lifetime Award” he will receive Nov. 10 from Gov. Mike Beebe may top them all. He will be hailed at an Arkansas Arts Council luncheon with the governor in the Peabody Hotel ballroom and will be honored for his “support of the arts in Arkansas.”
