Two UCA students will make state history when they graduate this year.
UCA has never before had a student graduate with a minor in Chinese, and this year it has two. These two students will be the first in the state of Arkansas.
“We will be the first in the state to graduate with a Chinese minor,” senior David Teaster said. “Actually, UCA in the only school [in Arkansas] that currently offers a Chinese minor,” he said.
Senior Rachel Linck will graduate in May, with Teaster graduating in either May or December.
