Sign on wall in State Revenue Office:

"Help Make Arkansas the Bear State Again"

No argument from me.....

(this was a promotion to sell the "Bear" license plates)

By the way, we all need to pay the modest fee for a UCA license plate...great way to promote UCA to the public.....
