This is a very good move. It has been illegal in the NFL and NCAA for sometime now.

Correct. I can remember two years ago when someone horse-collared DMAC, and the Hog fans lost it, but it was legal at them time.

I sometimes enjoy listening to "fans" scream at HS FB officials on Friday nights for things that the fans see called on Saturday/Sunday.

The only major rule cnange I would like to see in college ball is the down by no contact rule. If someone has not tackled you then how are you actually considered down in the field of play? Wet grass and and shoelaces shouldn't be cause for the stoppage of play, imo.

Another high school rule change I would want to see is being able to return a kickoff out of the endzone. In high school, once the football crosses the goalline, it's an automatic touchback.

Other Arkansas high school rules I would like to see abolished:
No Under Armour arm or leg bands (illegal in Arkansas)
Face paint (illegal in Arkansas)
mercy rule (once the point difference reaches 35, the continuous clock runs). IMO, this rule is the ruination of high school football, as there's not the time to give to the younger guys to learn and develop.
There's probably a few others, but all I can think of at this time.
