Hopefully, we will start a winning legacy at UCA like we are starting here at Har-Ber.

 I am pretty sure that they already have a winning legacy (talking about the Women's team).

To give her just a bit of credit....maybe she means a new legacy of winning in D-1 basketball.

I get what she is saying.

Does anyone know if the Stewart girl from Greenbrier, I mean Conway, that was signed by LA Tech was recruited at all by UCA? Any opinions out there on recruiting in general?

this sure looks like a pretty good group of signees on paper at least. Other than that I don't have any idea if the local girl was looking or not, or if we were looking or not.

I guess recruiting is a little like bass fishing -- you can spend all day trying to catch the big one or you can spend the day catching little ones. Not real sure if I would want to be in that position myself. The old damn if you do or damn if you don't decision :?

Three-sport athlete Kayla Britton didn’t have to take much time deciding what sport to play in college.

An offer of a full athletic scholarship to play Division I basketball at the University of Central Arkansas made the decision easy.

Britton, a 6-foot senior at Gravette High School, signed on with the Sugar Bears in front of a big gathering of friends and teammates Monday at Gravette High School.
