Just found out that the Sugarbears advanced in the Southland Conference Womens Tournament today.

UCA won 69-55 over Lamar.

Tried to get a box score but could not find one.

The Sugarbears fell to Stephen F. Austin this afternoon in the semi-finals of the SLC womens tournament 55-47.

UCA finished the year at 13-14 and a league mark of 9-7.

The Sugarbears were playing well over the past few weeks. Could be pretty good next year. It will be interesting to see how they fair in the ASUN.

Time now to focus on spring football.

Will Coach Rushing be around for another year? I know her name comes up from time to time with other jobs.
