Saturdays game with Oklahoma State has been moved to an 11:30 A.M. tipoff due to the potential of winter weather in the Stillwater.

Another beautiful day on the prairie ....I'll bet there will be some wind sweeping off the plains......it may be Stillwater but it sure ain't Stillwind....

nice day today in Stillwater, girls have practice at historic Gallagher-Iba at 6, then I hope it's off to Eskimo Joe's for dinner!

I listened to the first of the game. PATHETIC. We need some changes. BIG CHANGES! I hope we got a lot of money out of both of those deals! Those poor girls!!!

Well, they have two more non-conference games next weekend before the conference starts.

They play Miami and then I think either Maine or Toledo next weekend in south south Florida.

It does seem they have been made sacrificial lambs with the schedule of some of the bigger schools this year. Can't be good for the psyche of the girls getting beat like this. Just wonder why someone would schedule those kind of games knowing you will have a team basically made up of freshmen?

Don't panic. The schedule will pay off during the conference season. The Sugar Bears could easily do .500 or better in Southland play. The league is pretty bad with the exception of UT-Arlington and maybe one or two others.

For the same reason that Western Carolina schedules Florida in football. If you're going to get beat, you might as well get paid quite handsomely to do so. Money games happen all over college football and basketball. We aren't the first scrub team to get blasted and won't be the last.

Oklahoma State (10-1) scored the first 13 points and never was challenged by Central Arkansas (2-9), a team that suited up only eight players. The Sugar Bears are in their second season in NCAA Division I.

The Cowgirls' previous most lopsided win was 112-56 against Tulsa on Feb. 25, 1978, and recorded their highest point total since a 109-56 rout of Nicholls State on Dec. 15, 1996...

The Sugar Bears were crushed, 121-48, by ninth-ranked Oklahoma in Norman on Thursday, which was the second-worst loss in program history.

No. 20 Oklahoma State gave UCA another beatdown on Saturday, cruising to a 107-36 win in front of 1,901 fans at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
